Can you install a cat flap in glass?

Yes we can install a cat flap into glass. We usually have to manufacture a new glass unit with a hole. Then the new double glazed unit get's installed with the cat flap.

Can you use my existing glass?

Unfortunately not. Usually, the glass in a door is toughened glass. This is glass that has been heated and cooled to make it safe when broken. Therefore, it's impossible to cut a hole in toughened glass without completely shattering the glass.
